Raising Arrows

“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior’s hands.” (Psalm 127:4-5)

“The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.’” (Mark 2:28)

“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart.” (Matthew 5:27-28)

“He came into the very world he created, but the world didn't recognize him.” John 1:10

“He was despised and rejected—a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief.” Isaiah 53:3

“If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.” John 15:18

Beneath Me

We all have something in our lives we consider to be beneath us, but when we look at the Scriptures we don’t see that from Jesus at all.
